We are a husband and wife team committed to living lives unencumbered by the lenses of unexplored trauma.
We began this journey in search of the simple things most people desire. We wanted Love, happiness, and fulfillment. We wanted to manifest our goals and dreams quickly into existence. We wanted generational trauma to stop at us.
Both coming from divorced families, we knew a lot more about what we didn't want, rather than what we did, so we were challenged to figure it out.

We thought a committed, positive mindset would get us there. Less negativity, more positive seemed the way to go. But, we quickly underestimated the magnitude of what we asked for and realized this would look nothing like we envisioned.

We were forced to look at everything we didn't want to explore. Every action, emotion, thought and feeling that were not our finest moments. The way to love and light demanded passage through the dark night of the soul. The path wasn't filled with sunshine and rainbows and a better attitude. It was a test of our commitment and it wasn't always pretty. It required us to look at our own shadows and heal every aspect of ourselves that we had ignored or denied, both in this incarnation and in those that came before.
